Return Policy
This Return Policy and related policies apply to all products and services provided by [The Grazing Table LLC.] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once products have been delivered, set up, or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Any approved resolutions (partial refund, credit, or replacement) are at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Order Accuracy & Satisfaction
We strive to meet all expectations; however: Minor variations in presentation, ingredients, and styling may occur. Substitutions may be made based on availability. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
3. Non-Payment & Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate charge ("chargeback") will be considered a breach of agreement. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover all associated fees, including legal and administrative costs.
4. Rental Equipment Policy
If your order includes rented items (boards, stands, utensils, display pieces): Items must be returned within [2] of the event unless otherwise agreed. Client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Replacement fees will be charged at full retail value.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery fees are based on distance, setup requirements, and event size. The Client must ensure access to the location at the agreed time. Delays caused by the Client may result in reduced setup time or additional fees.
6. Setup Time & Service Window
Grazing tables are designed for immediate consumption. Service is considered complete once setup is finished. The Company is not responsible for food quality after [1 hour] in normal air temperature.
7. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
For outdoor events: The Client must provide adequate shelter/shade. The Company is not responsible for damage or spoilage due to weather conditions. Extreme weather may require rescheduling at the Company’s discretion.
8. Guest Conduct
The Client is responsible for the behavior of all guests. We reserve the right to: Refuse service, Leave the event, if conditions become unsafe, inappropriate, or hostile.
9. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time for reasons including but not limited to: Safety concerns, Harassment or inappropriate behavior, Violation of agreed terms
10. Privacy Policy
We collect basic client information (name, contact details, event details) solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers.
