Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by [The Grazing Table LLC.] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") related to grazing tables, charcuterie boards, catering, and associated services. By booking or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms.
1. Services
The Company provides grazing tables, charcuterie boards, and related food presentation services for events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to make substitutions to items due to seasonal availability, supply issues, or quality standards while maintaining equal or greater value.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of [25%] is required to secure your event date. Full payment is due no later than [2 weeks] prior to the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within [7 days] of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to: Provide accurate event details including guest count, location, and timing. Ensure a safe, clean, and suitable setup space. Provide access to the venue at the agreed time. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or inaccurate information.
5. Food Safety & Liability
All food is prepared and handled in accordance with applicable food safety guidelines. Grazing tables are intended for immediate consumption. The Company is not liable for food consumed after [1 hour] from setup time. The Client assumes responsibility for proper food handling after setup is complete.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and meats. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
6. Setup & Breakdown
Setup and styling are included unless otherwise stated. Breakdown/cleanup services must be pre-arranged. If items (boards, stands, utensils) are rented, they must be returned in original condition. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the Client.
7. Venue Limitations
The Company is not responsible for: Venue restriction, Lack of space or unsuitable conditions,Weather-related issues for outdoor events. The Client assumes all risks associated with the event environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Illness, Supply chain disruptions, Government restrictions.
10. Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s event, including but not limited to guest actions or misuse of provided items.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Wisconsin].
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document is intended as a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
